| E7 Code | The stair lift batteries are low, please move the stairlift too a charging point and allow to charge. |
| E8 Code | The temperature of the stair lifts PCB control board is too high, please switch off the stair lift and allow to cool down. If this problem persists you should call a stairlift repair company. |
| E9 Code | Their is a problem with the levelling motor or levelling encoder on the stairlift please call a stairlift repair company for assistance. |
| F1 Code | Their is a relay fault on the stair lift control board, please call a stair lift repairs company for assistance. |
| F2 Code | The stairlift is experiencing a motor brake fault, please call Stairlifts Direct for a stairlift repair. |
| F3 Code | The weight limit of the chair lift has been exceeded or the stairlift has a faulty motor, you should seek a stairlift engineers assistance. |
| F4 Code | The tilt motor on the chair lift is working too hard or over current please check for obstructions, alternatively call a stairs lift repair company. |
| F5 Code | Your stair lift batteries are extremely low please drive the lift to the nearest charging point and leave for a few hours to recharge. |
| F6 Code | The final limit switch has been engaged, please move the stairlift away from the limit ramp or switch. |
| F7 Code | The overspeed governor has been activated in the stairlift, please hand wind the stairs lift in the UP DIRECTON only for a few inches. |
| F8 Code | Tilt Limit switch has detected an imbalance in the level of the stairlift or the stair lift rail, please seek the help of a stairlift company to rectify this issue. |
| F9 Code | The photo sensor for the osg is not operating correctly. Please wipe the sensor and ensure no dirt or grime is present on the stairlift rail. |
| H1 Code | Wiring issue from a safety switch please call a local stairlift repair company. |
| H2 Code | Levelling system fault. The automatic levelling system in the stair lift is experiencing a fault, call a stair lift repair engineer. |
| H3 Code | Their is a communication issue with the hinge. Check that the main control box still has power. |
| H4 Code | U2 processor fault. restart the stairlift by powering off and on. If this does not resolve contact for a stair-lift repair. |

| J3 Code | This is a self levelling safety feature in the stairlift. please drive the stairlift to the top of the rail to store or clear the fault code. |
